Their mornings will come,
When they rise to discover
Just what He had meant
And how much He had meant it—
When, at last, they may gaze
On the heavenly mirror
To see what they themselves had meant
And how much they had meant it.
And it will all make sense,
Whether new sense or old.
And for some,
These will be glorious mornings,
Having come at long last,
And well worth a lifetime of waiting.
