How ironic that the Truth! label—of all things—
Can so easily be peeled off of something that’s true
And slapped onto something that’s false!
Shouldn’t there be a law against this???
But anyway—
How stupid is it that although everybody
Knows about this classic switcharoo already,
So very many will take that label
At face value again and again,
Even when it’s slapped on there crooked?
And explain this to me, if you can!:
They’ll even believe it when
They’re the ones who
Slapped it on there themselves!
