You can tell a people’s true religious convictions about justice and righteousness by whether they will see to it that their society is administered justly and righteously.
We will never have a perfect nation, but it could be run so much better than it has been so far if even a quarter of those among us who claim to care about justice and righteousness were authentic.
And for every one that is convicted by such a statement, will there not be a thousand or even a hundred thousand who are angered and hardened by it?
The flaws in America’s religion are as obvious in her current state of affairs as is the flag waving in the breeze for all to see. Yet she wants to blame it on “the government” (she has elected), rather than on herself.
